After I virtualized my computer I tried downloading it from the host site. At around 3.9 MB, avast! Antivirus blocked and deleted two threats. I’m also now confirming that this product is indeed Malware. Do not download this program. CNET Please remove this.

Oh dear. Maybe it’s just CNET users that hate it, however the bad news continues on other sites..

Sorry but that product is more of a fly by night than a decent product, and many people have fallen for its disguise.

It’s surprising that any referrence to Reg. Easy being a scam, that’s made through a Google search, brings up pro-Reg. Easy responses from individuals obviously agents of or for them. Statements like – ‘Registry Easy might not be the most popular registry cleaner on the block – but . .’ and ‘Registry Easy does not have much of a downside’, are quite insidious and it’s obvious the company itself is manipulating the number of ‘hits’ of it suggesting it being a scam.
To me, a company which insults the dignity of its customers in this manner will eventually not prosper. Meanwhile they’ll make lots of money.
Please don’t be fooled by the trickery. BEWARE! Registry Easy really IS a scam.

MyWot is great website to find out what people think of websites. We looked up Registry Easy and a quick look down the page reveals more shocking reviews.

Free scan which will find an exaggerated number of problems. Quite honestly, if the registry had the number of problems found the computer would have some pretty serious problems.

They can harm your system by provinding exagerated false detections.

A fake product.
Whatever you do, do NOT buy, or even download this. It can REALLY mess up your system, and can hurt your wallet if you are stupid enough to trust this commercial piece of junk. It may be filled with undetected spyware, or malware.
Most likely a trojan.
